In Pittsburgh I call it the Ryan Switzer factor, is it better to have a punt returner that can put up better returns but with a higher risk of fumbling, or have a guy like Ryan Switzer who won&#039;t give you much at all, but you can trust him to hand the ball to the offense reliably. I would love to be able to express the value of a return specialist by the type of offense it would take to negate their value.]]></description>
